REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY 

We understand that you might change your mind on a purchase – and we’re happy to accept returns.

However, please note there are exceptions. We are only able to accept returns on items - if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging. We are also unable to accept returns on sale items, all discounted sales are final.

We have a 14 day return policy. The return window begins on the day the order is delivered.

Please contact us on returns@labs79.com before returning your item so we can arrange your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

LAB 79 will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserve the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet our return guidelines LAB 79 reserves the right to refuse the return and ship it back to the customer.

All returns must be sent back to LAB 79 in the original packaging and condition (unworn) within 14 days of the date your shipment is received. The return/refund
process starts the day the items are returned to us. Please allow 5-7 business days for the
return process to be completed. Refunds are returned to the form of payment the order
was originally placed under (or store credit). The credit card company may take up to 10
business days for the credit to be seen on your account.

MY ITEM IS FAULTY / INCORRECTLY FULFILLED

In the rare instance you receive the wrong item, or it is faulty, please inform us immediately/within 7 days of receipt and we will rectify the issue.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our jewellery but, as with all jewellery, occasionally
stones fall out or a chain can break. If this happens please contact us.

For faulty goods we will either replace the item or offer a full refund once the faulty item has been returned. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of your return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt/proof of purchase along with your order number. Please send your order number and a photo of the defective item to  returns@labs79.com we will email you a return postage label to fix onto the envelope, and drop into your nearest post-box.

NB: You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the damaged/faulty item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email and notify you that we've received your item and whether you qualify for a refund. If you do qualify, then a refund (less the cost of returns postage) will be processed and applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replacement product to reach you may vary.

SALE ITEMS

All sales on reduced items are final unless the item is faulty.

We understand that you may have purchased an item recently that has now been reduced
in price, unfortunately we cannot refund the difference in price if this occurs, Thank you for
your understanding.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Please note customs duties and additional fees paid are non-refundable. This includes
postage for returned/exchanged items that are not faulty.
