Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Orders are generally shipped within 2 Business days from order. We primarily ship through USPS and UPS. USPS and expedited service options take 1-2 business days to process prior to being shipped. Free and standard shipping can take 3-5 business days to process prior to being shipped.
Orders placed after 12pm Monday - Friday will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm EST, as well as orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will begin processing the following Monday.
DOMESTIC FREE STANDARD SHIPPING:
Free shipping on orders is currently only available for US orders of $60.00 and over. Discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Standard ground is an option for all orders, however don't use this option if you qualify for free shipping and is available at checkout. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping Standard Ground is usually the most cost effective option.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING POLICY
Please note, expedited shipping does not deliver on weekends. UPS shipping times start the day after they receive the package. For example, if you place an order using UPS Next Day Air Saver on Monday, we endeavour to bandit to UPS on Tuesday, then they guarantee delivery by Friday afternoon.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
NB: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LAB79 JEWELRY is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and you, the customer, are fully responsible for these.
International orders can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive after they’re shipped since all orders must pass through customs. Please keep in mind, the amount of time that takes is completely out of our hands.
For international orders, if your package is not claimed and returned to us, we may refund the amount of your order, however the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Please note due to the costs in shipping fees, international returns are the customer’s responsibility. LAB79 JEWELRY is not responsible for any additional shipping costs that come from returns or exchanges. LAB79 JEWELRY also does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery back to us.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@labs79.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

LOCATING YOUR TRACKING NUMBER
Once your order has been shipped you will receive the tracking information via email or text (whichever option you’ve chosen). You can also find it under your ‘My Account > Order History’ Section and simply select the order you’re trying to track
MY PARCEL IS MISSING/LOST?
If you believe your package is lost in transit:
Please contact the carrier that last had your package. For free shipping this will be USPS. You can find their details through your tracking number.
Due to transit times and carrier scanning methods it may take up to 8 days before you receive shipping updates from the carrier. However if it’s been more than 8 days without any updates, please reach out to our Customer Service team for further assistance.
If your tracking says delivered from the carrier:
- Check your mailbox as well as areas around your front door or mailroom otherwise check with neighbors to see if they have your order, it could have been delivered next door.
- Check with the carrier, if your package shipped through USPS, then they should be contacted for packages marked delivered

If your package still hasn't turned up after 48 hours, please reach out to our Customer Service Team for further assistance.
Please contact us within 7 days of your package being marked as delivered.
