Refund policy

We understand that you might change your mind on a purchase – and we’re happy to accept returns, however, please note there are exceptions. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

LAB79 JEWELRY will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserve the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet our return guidelines LAB79 reserves the right to refuse the return and ship it back to the customer.

All returns must be sent back to LAB79 JEWELRY in the original packaging and condition (unworn) within 14 days of the date your shipment is received. The return/refund process starts the day the items are returned to us. Please allow 5-7 business days for the return process to be completed. Refunds are returned to the form of payment the order was originally placed under (or store credit). The credit card company may take up to 10 business days for the credit to be seen on your account.

Damages and issues

We quality check all orders prior to packing them, however in the rare instance you receive the wrong item, or it is faulty, please inform us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) and we will rectify the issue. 

We pride ourselves on the quality of our jewelry but, as with all jewelry, occasionally stones fall out or a chain can break. If this happens please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

For faulty goods we will either replace the item or offer a full refund once the faulty item has been returned. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of your return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt/proof of purchase along with your order number. Please send your order number and a photo of the defective item to returns@labs79.com we will email you a return postage label to fix onto the envelope, and drop into your nearest post-box.

NB: You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the damaged/faulty item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email and notify you that we've received your item and whether you qualify for a refund. If you do qualify, then a refund (less the cost of returns postage) will be processed and applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replacement product to reach you may vary.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings (due to hygiene reasons), custom products (such as special orders, gift cards or final sale items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We understand that you may have purchased an item recently that has now been reduced in price, unfortunately we cannot refund the difference in price if this occurs, Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Customs & Duties

Please note customs duties and additional fees paid are non-refundable. This includes postage for returned/exchanged items that are not faulty.
